At any moment you're able to make changes to your subscription package from our mobile app "Billing --> Subscription"
If your car is damaged during a detailing appointment, contact our customer service department immediately to report the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer to repair the damage or provide compensation. Before we even take the keys from you, our employees are required to take pictures of all sides of the car to ensure that it is not damaged after drop-off.
We've tried to make the whole process super simple for our members, Scheduling appointment can easily get done withing our mobile app. We highly recommend that our members use our mobile app to schedule appointments in order to avoid miscommunication or conflicts. However, our lines are always open to assist you with scheduling or any questions or problems you may have.
If your package includes our 'Valet Service,' simply relax and wait for one of our employees to arrive at your location to retrieve your keys. However, if your package doesn't include 'Valet Service' (note that you can always request it for an additional charge), you will need to drop off your car at one of our locations.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, contact our customer service department as soon as possible to make arrangements.
Most car detailing providers offer the ability to cancel your subscription package at any time. However, it's important to check with the provider before signing up to see what their cancellation policy is and if there are any fees associated with canceling.

But if you still decide to cancel your subscription you can go to your profile Billing --> Subscription --> Cancel my Subscription.
